The Various Types Of Nightmare Customers You Can Expect To Come Across As A New Company Owner

As a new company formation owner, you will quickly find that a lot of people are quite frankly mad. From the customer that cries with joy every time you contact them, through to the psychotic customer that is hell bent on your personal misery. Here are some of the bad cookies you can expect to be dealing with.

First, meet the know-it-all customer. They have a PHD in what you do. Their knowledge and intelligence is unrivalled. You are incapable of doing your job and beneath the know-it-all customer. It is perhaps ironic that it is normally this customer that manages to break things. Of course, you might have guessed- they are never at fault.

If you are a fan of soap operas, you will be familiar with the melodramatic customer. Sheer panic is what they do at the mildest of things. They aren’t malicious, but they are a real pain to deal with. They will never wait all weekend for you to get back to them. Watch a real panic attack when things properly break! This is normally all over something incredibly insignificant. Just wait for them to start crying down the phone.

You will just love the royalty customer. Given the opportunity, they’d love to sign their emails in royal ink. When this customer contacts you, they will do so like they are planning a state visit. They are also on a constant watch out, when you might slip up and not communicate with them with the utmost respect. You are a lesser being to this customer! Forget your other customers, they don’t count. If there is ever a customer youd like to meet in a dark alleyway, this one is it.

We will introduce the cheap-ass customer shortly, as they are very like the devious customer. The devious customer is on a constant watch of your website. Beware running special offers, because this customer will want a price match! In their world you and your competitors are all over priced. They are always late with their bills, and constantly griping about how expensive you are. With my first company formations England, I dreaded this customer

Our final customer is the devious customer. They are similar to the cheap customer, but with an added shade of nastiness. The devious customer will manipulate any situation to their own advantage. They will employ every underhand tactic to get their own way. Like with the other customers, they are best avoiding.

So do are you still thinking about UK company formation? There are many good customers though. Problem customers are a minority.
